Indonesia has become a safe things for bear trafficking. A two year investigation by the Animal Conservation For Life showned that endangered bear been trade freely and been killed many times. Example in JL.Pramuka in East Jakarta and in Medan are two locations where the bear sell for 2 millions. Also in Pontianak the price of a bear is Rp 600.000. Indonesia has also sell life bears and their body parts to Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and China. In Singapore, the bear is sold for 4 Millions and in Malaysia is sold for 2.5 Millions. But the good news is Convention on International Trade and Endangered Species protected many local bears.
